Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using the 988wn platform. By accessing or using 988wn, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these terms in their entirety.

By creating an account, depositing funds, placing bets or otherwise using any feature of the 988wn Platform, you ("User", "you", "your") agree to be legally bound by these Terms.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and 988wn with respect to your use of the Platform, superseding all prior agreements, representations and understandings. If you do not accept these Terms in full, you must immediately cease using the Platform.
Important Legal Notice: Pakistan has gambling restrictions, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977. The legal status of online gambling in Pakistan depends on applicable law and individual circumstances. 988wn does not provide legal advice. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of this Platform complies with all laws applicable in your jurisdiction before registering or participating.
988wn does not claim to be licensed, regulated or endorsed by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan, any provincial authority, or any Pakistani financial institution. Users in Pakistan must independently verify the legality of participation before using this Platform.

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms:

Access to the 988wn Platform is strictly restricted to adults. You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction, to register an Account or participate in any betting or gaming activity on the Platform. Being 18 years of age does not automatically render gambling lawful in your jurisdiction.
988wn operates an adults-only policy. Age verification may be required at registration or at any point during the operation of your Account. Providing false age information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.
You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of the Platform is lawful under the laws of your country, state or territory of residence. Residents of jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law are not permitted to register or use the Platform.
Each individual User is permitted to hold one (1) Account only. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.
By registering an Account, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and that you are not acting on behalf of another person or entity without appropriate authorisation.

You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address and any other information requested by the operator. You must notify 988wn promptly if any of your registered details change.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party or permit any other person to access or use your Account. 988wn accepts no liability for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.
The operator reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal or in response to any suspicious activity. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by the operator may result in suspension of your Account.
Pakistan-based users should have a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) available for identity verification purposes. The name on your Account must match the name on your verified identity documents and your designated payment method.
Section 05
The Platform provides information about payment methods available on the operator's platform. Payment methods referenced on 988wn — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, bank transfers (such as HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah) and cryptocurrency options including BTC and USDT — are cited for contextual familiarity only. Their mention does not imply that any payment provider endorses, supports or is affiliated with gambling operations.
Availability of specific payment methods, applicable transaction limits and processing rules are determined solely by the operator and are subject to change without notice. Users must verify currently available payment options within the operator's cashier before initiating a transaction.
Where applicable, transactions may be denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) or such other currencies as the operator may specify. Currency conversion fees, where applicable, are the responsibility of the User.
All deposited funds must be from a payment source registered in your own name. Depositing funds on behalf of a third party, or accepting funds from a third party for the purpose of gambling, is strictly prohibited. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are set by the operator and displayed within the cashier section.
988wn and the operator accept no responsibility for a transaction that is declined by your bank, payment provider or card issuer. If a transaction is declined, you should contact your financial institution directly. Transaction charges imposed by your bank or payment provider are your sole responsibility.
Section 06
Withdrawal requests are subject to the successful completion of KYC verification, any applicable wagering requirements on active bonuses and the operator's withdrawal processing schedule. 988wn makes no guarantee of specific withdrawal processing times.
Prior to authorising a withdrawal, the operator may require you to submit one or more of the following documents:
Withdrawals will generally be processed to the same payment method used to make the original deposit, subject to operator policy and payment provider availability. The operator reserves the right to require withdrawal via an alternative method where the original payment method is no longer available or where AML obligations necessitate an alternative approach.
The operator reserves the right to withhold a withdrawal pending the outcome of a security review, fraud investigation or regulatory enquiry. If a withdrawal is withheld, the operator will notify you and provide information on the steps required to resolve the matter.

All bonuses, promotions and special offers made available through the 988wn Platform are subject to specific terms and conditions, including but not limited to minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, game-weighting restrictions, maximum bonus amounts, validity periods and maximum withdrawal limits on bonus-derived winnings.
No Guaranteed Returns: 988wn does not make any claims of guaranteed returns on any bonus or promotional offer. All illustrative PKR figures (such as "PKR 25,000 welcome bonus" or "PKR 1,000 referral credit") are for illustrative context only and do not constitute a confirmed or guaranteed offer unless specified by the operator in active, current promotional material.
A wagering requirement specifies the number of times a bonus amount (or deposit plus bonus amount) must be staked before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. For example, a PKR 5,000 bonus subject to a 30x wagering requirement requires PKR 150,000 in qualifying bets before a withdrawal request may be submitted.
Any attempt to abuse or exploit bonus offers — including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts, the use of hedging strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or collusion between Users — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. The operator reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings and close accounts in such circumstances.
The operator reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to applicable regulatory obligations. Users who have already accepted a bonus will not be disadvantaged by a change to the promotion made after acceptance, provided they continue to comply with the original bonus terms.
Section 08
Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the system, it is final and cannot be cancelled or amended by the User. It is your responsibility to ensure that all bet details — including the event, market, stake amount and odds — are correct before confirming your wager.
Odds are subject to change prior to bet acceptance. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to your wager. Live (in-play) betting markets may be suspended or closed at any time at the operator's discretion, particularly in response to significant in-game events.
The operator reserves the right to void a bet in circumstances including, but not limited to: system errors, obvious pricing errors, event cancellation, incomplete events, force majeure events or where the operator has reasonable grounds to believe the bet was placed in breach of these Terms.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform and its Content solely for your personal, non-commercial use. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any Content without the prior written consent of 988wn.
Any unauthorised use of the Platform's Content may constitute an infringement of copyright, trademark or other intellectual property rights and may expose you to civil or criminal liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 988wn, its directors, officers, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

Section 13
988wn collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, processing and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Personal data is collected solely for the purpose of operating your Account, processing transactions, meeting applicable KYC and AML obligations, and communicating with you in relation to your Account. Personal data is not sold to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

Section 14
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator is licensed, as specified in the operator's published licensing documentation. Where no specific jurisdiction is designated, the laws of the operator's country of incorporation shall apply.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any dispute as to their formation, validity, interpretation or performance, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the governing jurisdiction identified above, unless the parties agree otherwise in writing.

988wn reserves the right to revise, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, reasonable notice will be provided through the Platform, by email to the address registered on your Account, or by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised effective date.
Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and, if applicable, close your Account.
